Jurisdiction: Hong Kong

This document combines the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Cookie Notice for the JMP website.

1. Scope

This document applies to the JMP website and related digital interactions, including informational website pages, user application forms, B2B forms, email communications, technical website operations, cookies, and similar technologies.

By using the website, you accept the Terms of Use. The Privacy and Cookie sections explain how your data may be processed. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use the website or submit data through the forms.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website is the official informational resource for the JMP project. It provides information about the project, the token, its role within the JMP ecosystem, public materials, JMP updates, and ways to contact the team.

The website also allows users to submit an email to express interest in the project and receive related communications. Company representatives may submit a B2B application so that the JMP team can evaluate a potential use case for JMP and contact the representative.

Submitting an application or email does not create a client, customer, investor, partner, program participant, or service recipient relationship. It also does not create any right to access any products, services, tokens, features, partner programs, or future opportunities.

If individual features, products, or services of JMP are governed by additional terms, such terms will be published separately or incorporated into an updated version of this document.

3. Email and Application Submissions

When you submit an email or application through the website, you are requesting that your application be processed and that you be contacted regarding JMP-related matters, the availability of specific features, website updates, or other communications relevant to your inquiry.

If you submit a B2B application on behalf of a company, you are requesting that the information you provide regarding the company, loyalty program, audience, and proposed JMP use case be reviewed, and that you be contacted at the email address you provided.

Submitting an application does not imply or guarantee:

  • automatic access to any specific product, network, application, token, service, or future opportunities;
  • a specific response time, access, connection, or application review timeline;
  • priority, a position on an access list, reservation, or right to participate;
  • receipt of rewards, payments, tokens, or other assets;
  • returns, profits, appreciation, liquidity, or listing;
  • uninterrupted availability of the website, forms, or communications;
  • partnership, integration, commercial terms, joint campaign, or B2B collaboration.

For individual users, the form collects an email address. The B2B form may collect information as set out in Section 12.

4. Email Communications

We may use your email address to send service-related messages concerning your application, for example:

  • acknowledgement of receipt of your application, where such sending is enabled;
  • material updates relevant to your application;
  • notifications of changes to this document;
  • responses to your enquiries;
  • security or operational notices where relevant to the website or your application.

We may send informational, newsletter, or marketing emails about the project, releases, campaigns, or the ecosystem. Such messages are distinguished from service messages and are sent only where applicable consent or another valid legal basis exists.

Every marketing or newsletter email will include a clear means of opting out of further such messages, such as an unsubscribe link or contact address. You may also withdraw consent or opt out of such messages by writing to the general contact address or data privacy contact set out in Section 22.

5. Eligibility and Age

The website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not use the website or submit an email or application.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and submission of data does not violate any laws applicable to you, employer policies, local restrictions, sanctions requirements, or other mandatory rules.

Access to the website or specific communications may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or for certain users for legal, compliance, security, or operational reasons.

6. Prohibited Submissions and Acceptable Use

Do not submit the following through the website:

  • private keys;
  • seed phrases;
  • wallet credentials;
  • passwords;
  • confidential trade secrets;
  • sensitive personal data;
  • personal data of third parties, unless strictly necessary;
  • malicious code, phishing links, unlawful content, or materials that infringe the rights of third parties.

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security measures, to interfere with the operation of the website, to engage in spam, automated data collection, abuse, fraud, distribution of malicious code, or any other activity that may harm the website, users, the project, or third parties.

7. Informational Nature of Materials and Absence of Advice

The materials on the website are provided for general informational purposes about JMP. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer, invitation, recommendation, promise, investment opportunity, token sale, invitation to purchase, sale agreement, offer of securities, or financial promotion.

You should not rely on the materials on the website as the sole basis for any investment, financial, tax, legal, commercial, or technical decision.

8. No Warranties or Obligations

The website and all information contained therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website operator does not warrant:

  • the launch, timing, or availability of any new JMP products, features, services, or integrations;
  • the ability to mine, receive rewards, or receive any payments;
  • token distribution, token airdrops, sales, access list inclusion, or priority access;
  • returns, profits, payback, appreciation, or economic outcome;
  • liquidity, listing, availability on decentralized or centralized exchanges, fiat off-ramps, or market depth;
  • freedom from errors, downtime, security incidents, data loss, or website changes.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, expand, or discontinue the website, application forms, communications, or related operations at any time where necessary or reasonably required for the project.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, texts, structure, brand, graphics, design, logos, documentation, and other JMP materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, use the JMP brand, hold yourself out as an official JMP channel, or create derivative works based on the website without permission, except as expressly permitted by law or a separate license.

10. External Links and Third-Party Services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, blockchain explorers, wallets, exchanges, repositories, social networks, partner resources, or other external services.

Such links are provided for the user's convenience. The website operator does not control third-party websites and services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, fees, actions, or the consequences of using them.

The mention of or link to a third-party service does not imply endorsement, recommendation, partnership, quality assurance, affiliation, sponsorship, or responsibility on the part of JMP for such service, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Opting out of newsletter or marketing emails does not obligate us to cease service messages that are necessary for the processing of your application, security notices, legal notices, or responses to your enquiries.
